This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments and cancellations for services at Darras Hall Laser Clinic. Our goal is to provide professional, medical-grade aesthetic treatments while maintaining a fair and sustainable booking system.

Refund Policy 

1. Consultation Fees

  • A deposit or consultation fee may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This fee is typically non-refundable but may be credited toward your first treatment (e.g., laser hair removal or skin rejuvenation) if you proceed with a service.

2. Treatment Packages

  • Pre-paid Courses: Refunds for pre-paid treatment courses (such as a series of 6 or 8 sessions) are generally not provided once the course has commenced.

  • Pro-rata Credits: If a medical condition or contraindication prevents you from completing a course, we may offer a pro-rata credit or refund for the remaining unused sessions, minus the full individual price of any sessions already attended.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Late Cancellations: Failure to provide sufficient notice or a "no-show" will result in the loss of your deposit or a deduction of one session from your pre-paid course.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Treatment Results: While we use high-specification platforms like Solaris and Skyndeep, clinical results can vary based on individual biology. Refunds are not provided based on a subjective dissatisfaction with the final aesthetic outcome.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for "change of mind" after a treatment has been performed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a billing issue, please contact Jess Scott directly at the clinic. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
